Qualifications

• 10-15 years of HVAC, applied equipment or building systems experience.
• 5-8 years of leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Mechanical Engineering preferred; MBA preferred not strongly.
• Experience leading regional or national sales teams; success with large customer accounts.

• Oversee engineering support and aftermarket operations; drive business development.
