LG Electronics USA is seeking a Senior Director of Chiller Sales, Engineering & Aftermarket for North America. This home-office role supports data center cooling solutions with travel to hub markets as needed.

Lead sales, engineering, aftermarket, and business development, building a high-performing team while aligning with product management and executive leadership to drive revenue and customer success.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years in HVAC, building systems or applied equipment.
• 5–8 years of leadership experience.
• Experience leading regional or national sales teams.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• MBA preferred, not strongly.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales, engineering support, aftermarket, and business development for data center cooling.
• Develop strategic account plans for major customers.
• Direct sales with hyperscale, colocation, and cloud providers.
• Lead customer-facing engineering and application support teams.
• Drive revenue growth and operational excellence.
• Represent LG at industry events.
