Job summary

Cencora seeks a Senior Director, Secure MA&D to own enterprise cybersecurity across the full transaction lifecycle, from pre-close due diligence to post-close integration and divestiture. This role leads a global team and interfaces with Corporate Development, Finance, and Legal to manage risk and drive secure deal execution.

The position requires extensive leadership in cybersecurity for M&A, experience with regulated environments, and the ability to translate complex findings into business

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of cybersecurity due diligence and integration across multiple transactions.
• Experience with regulated industries and HIPAA, GDPR knowledge.
• Strong vendor management and budget ownership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve Secure MA&D strategy, governance, and capability roadmap.
• Lead a global team of Secure MA&D principals and analysts.
• Define diligence playbooks, cost models, and Day 1 baselines.
• Direct pre-close cybersecurity due diligence under compressed timelines.
• Ensure cyber findings are reflected in deal documents and TSA terms.
• Report program metrics and risk to executive leadership and Board.
