Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Senior Director, Secure MA&D to own enterprise cybersecurity strategy across the full transaction lifecycle, from pre-close due diligence to Day 1 readiness and divestiture separation.

The role leads a global team and partners with Finance, Legal, and Corporate Development to manage risk, budget, and third-party diligence. Strong interaction with executives and the Board is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Demonstrated experience leading cybersecurity due diligence and integration across transactions.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements (HIPAA, GDPR, PCI DSS, SOX) and frameworks (NIST/ISO/HITRUST).
• Experience managing budgets, resources, and third-party partners across global deals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including Board-ready materials.

Responsibilities

• Own the Secure MA&D strategy, governance, and capability roadmap for acquisitions and divestitures.
• Lead global team of principals and analysts; manage third-party diligence partners.
• Direct pre-close cybersecurity due diligence and Day 1 readiness.
• Ensure protections and representations in deal documents; support integration and cost management.
• Engage with executive leadership and Board; balance speed of deal execution with risk coverage.
