Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Senior Director, Secure MA&D to own the enterprise cybersecurity strategy across the full transaction lifecycle, including pre-close due diligence, Day 1 readiness, and post-close integration. You will lead a global team, set risk thresholds, and advise the Board on transaction risk and remediation priorities.

You will drive governance, budgeting, and playbooks for diligence, integration, and cost modeling, balancing speed with defensible risk coverage in a high-stakes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in business or technical discipline preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, technology risk, or security consulting, including 5+ years leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic Secure MA&D program, governance, and delivery across transactional lifecycle.
• Coordinate with Corporate Development, Finance, and Legal to manage cyber risk and deal outcomes.
• Direct third-party diligence and integration partners; ensure alignment with enterprise security standards.
