Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Senior Director, Secure MA&D to own enterprise cybersecurity across the full transaction lifecycle, from pre-close due diligence to post-close integration. You will partner with Corporate Development, Finance and Legal to align risk with deal strategy and valuation.

You will lead a global team of professionals and third-party partners, define governance, playbooks and Day 1 controls, and ensure protections are embedded in closing documents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience leading cybersecurity due diligence and integration across transactions.
• Familiarity with deal mechanics, data rooms, TSA and P&W negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise Secure MA&D strategy, governance, and capability roadmap.
• Lead a global team of principals, analysts, and third-party diligence partners.
• Define risk thresholds, escalation criteria, and executive reporting for transaction risk.
