Job summary

Cencora seeks a Senior Director, Secure MA&D to own the enterprise strategy, governance, and delivery of cybersecurity across the full transaction lifecycle. This leader reports to executive leadership and collaborates with Corporate Development, Finance, and Legal to manage cyber risk affecting valuation and closing conditions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in business or a technical discipline preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, technology risk, or security consulting.
• Experience leading cybersecurity due diligence and integration across multiple transactions.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership and Program Ownership: define and evolve the enterprise Secure MA&D strategy, governance, and roadmaps for transactions.
• People and Vendor Leadership: lead a global team and manage third-party diligence and integration partners.
• MA&D Lifecycle Execution: direct pre-close cybersecurity due diligence and Day 1 readiness for acquisitions and divestitures.
• Risk Management and Compliance: establish risk-acceptance frameworks and regulatory exposure controls.
• Communications and Executive Engagement: brief boards and deal committees with risk-adjusted cost analyses.
• Change Management and Integration Enablement: drive policy adoption and tooling migration for post-close integration.
