Job summary

Ascension is seeking a leader to shape and drive credentialing operations across remote teams. You will interface with CVO leadership, guide account managers, and optimize the credentialing system to improve provider and stakeholder service delivery.

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• N/A

Education

• High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.

Additional Preferences

• 5+ years of director level experience
• Strongly demonstrates effective change management skills
• 5+ years of experience in credentialing
