Job summary

Neara is hiring a Director, Customer Success to oversee a strategic portfolio of electric utilities across the United States. You will manage a team of 4-5 Customer Value Architects and Forward Deployed Engineers, driving multi-year enterprise software engagements from pilot through deployment and value realization.

As a trusted advisor to utility executives, you will guide complex deployments, embed Neara’s digital twin solutions, and ensure measurable business outcomes across the customer

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-year enterprise software deployments.
• Background in engineering or quantitative field.
• Familiarity with Python or SQL.
• Experience with electric utilities or energy assets.
• Strong mentorship and leadership of technical teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program delivery for enterprise electric utility customers.
• Coach 4-5 direct reports and manage resource allocation.
• Define ROI frameworks with utility leaders and map new workflows.
• Oversee data integration, scripting, and platform configuration.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to feed customer insights into roadmaps.
• Establish governance frameworks and structured communication with executives.
