Job summary

Neara seeks a Director of Customer Success to oversee a strategic portfolio of electric utilities in the United States. You will report to the VP of Customer Success and manage a team of 4–5 specialists, guiding multi-year software deployments from pilot through full-scale production and value realization.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to utility executives, balance hands-on program management with people leadership, and partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure software

Qualifications

Proven experience leading multi-year, large-scale enterprise software deployments.
Experience serving as a trusted advisor to executives.
Background in engineering, computer science, or quantitative disciplines.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end program delivery across a portfolio of utility customers.
Coach and develop a high-performing team of engineers and consultants.
Define ROI frameworks and map digital twin workflows to customer processes.
Oversee complex data integration, scripting, and platform configuration workstreams.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to inform roadmap and mitigate risks.
Establish governance and structured communication with executives and sponsors.
