Job summary

Neara in the United States seeks a Director, Customer Implementation to oversee a strategic portfolio of electric utilities across the US. Reporting to the VP of Customer Implementation, you will manage a team of 4-5 Customer Value Architects and Forward Deployed Engineers, driving multi-year engagements from pilot through deployment and value realization.

You will act as a trusted advisor to utility executives, guiding complex software deployments and embedding Neara’s digital twin solutions

Qualifications

Proven ability to manage multi-year, enterprise software deployments.
Strong technical background enabling guidance of architecture & integration.
Experience leading customer-facing delivery teams in a consulting or tech environment.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery for a portfolio of utility accounts.
Lead and develop a team of 4-5 Customer Value Architects and Engineers.
Define ROI frameworks and map digital twin workflows to customer processes.
Oversee complex workstreams: data integration, scripting, platform configuration.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to inform roadmaps and mitigate risk.
Establish governance and regular executive communications with sponsors and steering committees.
