Job summary

Suno is hiring a CRO-focused Growth leader to own conversion across web and app stores. You will craft high-impact copy, build pages from our design system, and ship rapid experiments at scale.

You will collaborate with User Acquisition, Lifecycle, Product, Engineering, and Data Science to maximize conversion and revenue per visitor. Applicants must be data-driven, comfortable with AI-assisted tooling, and excel at turning insights into testable experiments that move the business.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years in performance marketing, growth marketing, or CRO.
• Experience owning conversion and funnel testing at scale on web and in app stores (ASO).
• Ability to write landing page copy that converts and understand customer messaging.
• Ability to read experiments, judge significance, and decide next steps.

Responsibilities

• Understand target customers and translate insights into pages, listings, copy, and tests.
• Ship a high volume of landing pages across paid, SEO, lifecycle, partnerships, and new launches.
• Own app store optimization: listing copy, screenshots, and store creative to drive installs.
• Localize pages and store listings for international markets while preserving conversion across languages.
• Write persuasive, on-brand copy and build pages from existing design components, then test quickly.
• Run high-volume experiments (A/B and multivariate) and leverage AI/tools to maximize tests.
• Analyze heatmaps, recordings, surveys, and analytics to identify drop-offs and opportunities.
• Hunt high-leverage opportunities across funnel using performance data and business context.
• Own conversion metrics end-to-end across web and app, including CAC and revenue per visitor.
• Collaborate with Revenue Product on paywall and upsell copy.
• Push conversion testing at high speed and align the rest of the company with learnings.
