FNBO is seeking a Sr. Director, Advanced Data Scientist to lead the Partnership Division's data science and modeling function, defining a multi-year roadmap and overseeing ML models for credit decisioning and portfolio management.

You will translate quantitative findings into executive insights, own end-to-end model development, and collaborate with risk, compliance, and technology teams to drive business impact at scale.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience developing statistical or ML models in financial services.
• Strong Python/SQL experience and model explainability skills.
• Deep knowledge of credit risk concepts and lending.

Responsabilités

• Define and own multi-year modeling roadmap for credit-risk acquisition and portfolio management.
• Independently design and develop advanced ML models for credit decisioning and account management.
• Communicate modeling strategy and results to senior leaders with executive-ready reporting.
• Lead model-development projects from problem definition through production deployment.
• Monitor model performance, risk, and regulatory considerations across the lifecycle.
