Job summary

ShopMy is shaping the future of curated commerce by empowering brands, creators and shoppers through human-led content and technology. The Senior Director, Creator Strategy will design and run the operating model for the creator base below the top tier, ensuring consistent engagement, scalable workflows and measurable impact.

You will partner with Creator leadership, Product, Data and Marketing to continuously tune the model, scale pilots, and deliver high-quality creator experiences at scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in creator, talent, customer or partner management, lifecycle strategy or GTM operations, including leading leaders.
• Track record of segmentation and coverage models with high-touch, scaled and tech-touch motions.
• Deep comfort with data: define metrics, read funnel and allocate resources.
• Experience building playbooks and processes that teams actually adopt.
• Strong cross-functional influence, especially with Product and Data.
• Background in creator economy, talent management, influencer marketing or affiliate is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the creator management strategy, operating model, performance and teams for creators below the top tier.
• Define segmentation and tiering, including criteria for movement between segments and into the top tier.
• Set the engagement standard for each segment: touch, channels, roles and goals.
• Test and tune the model: track ROI by segment, rebalance coverage, cut ineffective motions.
• Own capacity planning for the teams serving this base, including coverage ratios and headcount decisions.
• Build metrics, dashboards and accountability model for this segment.
• Partner with Creator GM to align standards, tier criteria and handoff process.
• Collaborate with Product, Data and Marketing to automate workflows and lifecycle programs.
• Build and scale a high-performing team and operating rhythm.
