Job summary

Darkroom is hiring a Creator Manager to lead client-facing creator strategy and execution across our Creator Services division. This role owns the relationship between brands and our creator network - ensuring campaigns are strategically aligned, operationally sound, and performance-driven across platforms, including TikTok Shop, Amazon affiliate, LTK, YouTube, and other emerging commerce channels.

You will serve as the primary contact for both clients and creators.

Qualifications

Experience in influencer marketing and creator partnerships.
Hands-on with TikTok Shop and affiliate models; knowledge of Amazon/LTK/YouTube Shopping is a plus.
Strong client management and strategy leadership experience.
Ability to translate creator output into measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

Creator strategy & client leadership across accounts.
End-to-end campaign execution: sourcing, vetting, contracting, onboarding, tracking.
Platform activation across TikTok Shop, affiliate programs, UGC, Amazon, LTK, YouTube.
Align creator efforts with hero SKUs, commission strategy, and creative frameworks.
Monitor performance and proactively identify optimization opportunities.
Manage usage rights, timelines, deliverables, CRM systems, and creator network infrastructure.
Mentor junior team members and scale best practices within Creator Services.
