Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building complex, performance marketing strategies for demanding, fast-paced enterprise brands.

Responsibilities

• Design profitable programs that scale (end-to-end strategies for large creator programs).
• Build the creator supply engine with casting, recruitment and vetting processes.
• Teach and enable brand teams and agencies through workshops and enablement sessions.
• Partner across Creator Strategy to align program management and lifecycle programming.
• Measure, prove, and optimize using MMM, brand lift, and MTA.
