Job summary
THE-TEAM in the United States is seeking a Senior Director of Creator Strategy to unlock consumer insights, connect with cultural trends, and develop strategies that drive impact in the creator economy. This hybrid role requires 3x weekly in LA or Dumbo, Brooklyn, with base salary range $150k–$170k plus potential bonuses.
You will lead high-level creator strategies, collaborate with insights, analytics, and creative teams, and drive business development through compelling pitches.
Qualifications
- 6-10+ years in creator strategy or related fields.
- Strong brand strategy with data-driven storytelling.
- Agency experience with national/global brands in tech or QSR.
- Ability to spot emerging creators and trends before they break.
- Excellent communications and leadership in cross-functional teams.
- Proven trend forecasting and cultural analysis to inform strategy.
Responsibilities
- Creative Brief Development - distill consumer/category/culture into actionable insights for client projects.
- Scoped Creator Strategy - leads long-term creator strategy, campaign planning, archetype and tier identification.
- Business Development - contribute to pitches and transition new business to teams.
- Proactively lead the client's business by anticipating opportunities from creator trends and culture.
