Job summary

Presidio is seeking a Senior Marketing Director for Corporate Events. You will own strategy and execution across customer conferences, executive summits, trade shows, and regional events, leading a team and managing high-profile partnerships.

You will collaborate with Communications & Brand, Marketing, and Sales to define objectives, travel 35–50% internationally? domestically?; and ensure ROI through data-driven post-event analysis and strong on-site leadership.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in corporate events, meetings, or experiential marketing.
• 3+ years in a senior leadership capacity.
• Experience leading large-scale events (500+ attendees).
• Strong vendor, budget, and ROI tracking capabilities.
• Executive presence and senior stakeholder collaboration.
• Willingness to travel 35–50% and manage on-site needs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end strategy and execution for Presidio's corporate events portfolio.
• Partner with Communications & Brand, Marketing, Sales, and leadership to set objectives and success metrics.
• Lead site selection, contract negotiation, and vendor management.
• Build and manage event budgets, timelines, and schedules.
• Direct on-site event operations and run-of-show activities.
• Develop and lead a high-performing events team with scalable SOPs.
• Collaborate on messaging, signage, swag, and content to reinforce brand.
• Manage executive and speaker logistics for keynotes and panels.
• Track ROI using feedback and post-event analysis for continuous improvement.
• Lead risk management and contingency planning for events.
