Job summary

Presidio is seeking a Senior Director, Corporate Events to lead strategy and flawless execution of flagship corporate events. You will oversee conferences, executive summits, trade shows, and regional events while managing a high-performing team and vendor relationships.

This remote US role requires 35–50% travel and close collaboration with Communications, Brand, Marketing, Sales, and leadership to align events with corporate priorities.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive corporate events experience, with 3+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record leading large-scale events (500+ attendees) end-to-end.
• Strong vendor, budget, and ROI management skills.
• Excellent PM skills for multiple concurrent events in fast-paced environments.
• Executive presence and experience supporting C-suite at events.
• Attention to detail under live-event pressure.
• Experience hiring and developing an events team.
• Willingness to travel 35-50% including evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end strategy and execution for Presidio's events portfolio.
• Partner with Communications, Brand, Marketing, Sales, and leadership.
• Lead site selection, contracts, and vendor management.
• Build budgets, timelines, and workback schedules; ensure efficiency.
• Direct on-site operations, run-of-show, and speaker support.
• Develop and lead a high-performing events team with scalable processes.
• Collaborate on messaging, signage, swag, and stage design.
• Manage executive logistics for keynotes and panels.
• Track event performance and ROI with post-event analysis.
• Manage risk and contingency planning for all events.
