Job summary

Prologis is seeking a Corporate Events Manager to lead the strategy, design and delivery of a portfolio of high-touch client, broker, executive and employee events. The role partners with Marketing and Sales to translate objectives into distinctive experiences with complex travel, production and guest service requirements.

Qualifications

• Six or more years of corporate events or related experience, with a track record of leading multi-day programs for executive or client audiences.
• Ability to develop event strategy and connect programs to business priorities and advise senior stakeholders.
• Experience designing premium guest experiences with high service standards, detailed travel coordination and complex onsite production.
• Strong financial judgment including budget development, forecasting and reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Lead event strategy for assigned programs from brief to post-event analysis, aligning with marketing and business objectives.
• Shape guest journeys and end-to-end production for high-value events, including content, venue, hospitality, travel and onsite service.
• Manage budgets, vendor partners and risk, ensuring quality, cost efficiency and compliance with policies.
• Define success metrics, conduct post-event reviews and provide actionable recommendations for future programs.
