Job summary

Presidio is seeking a Senior Director of Corporate Events to lead strategy and flawless execution for flagship events, including conferences, executive summits, and industry shows. Remote role with regular travel (35-50%) to support on-site execution and vendor management.

You will partner with Communications & Brand, Marketing, Sales, and executives to align objectives, define success metrics, and drive ROI across a scalable events program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Hospitality/Event Management, Business, or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years in corporate events or related fields with 3+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience leading large-scale events (500+ attendees) from concept to wrap-up.
• Strong vendor, budget, and ROI tracking skills.
• Outstanding project management, organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
• Experience supporting C-suite and senior leadership at events.
• Willingness to travel 35-50% and accommodate evenings/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end strategy and execution for Presidio's corporate events portfolio.
• Partner with Communications & Brand, Marketing, Sales, and leadership to align objectives and success metrics.
• Lead site selection, contract negotiations, and vendor management for venues and production partners.
• Build and manage event budgets, timelines, and workback schedules.
• Direct on-site event operations, run-of-show, and speaker support.
• Develop and lead a high-performing events team with scalable processes.
• Collaborate on messaging, signage, swag, stage design, and content for brand consistency.
• Coordinate executive and speaker logistics, including rehearsals and on-site support.
• Track ROI and post-event analysis to improve future programming.
• Manage risk and contingency planning for all events.
