Job summary

MTA Construction & Development is seeking a Senior Director to oversee corporate audits, investigations, and related activities with a focus on safeguarding assets and regulatory compliance. The role reports to the VP of Corporate Audits and leads the audit team in a dynamic, high-profile environment.

Based at 2 Broadway, the Senior Director will coordinate with audit services, manage audit findings, and drive remediation aligned with business goals while supporting occasional after-hours work

Qualifications

• Experience as an audit liaison to internal/external entities preferred.
• Background in transportation, construction projects, or government settings is advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact to audit services and compliance teams.
• Coordinate investigations and respond to inquiries with C&D staff.
• Validate audit findings and ensure corrective actions align with business strategy.
