Samsung TV Plus, a premium global entertainment service, seeks a Senior Content & Development executive to lead US/CA initiatives.

You will drive first-to-market content experiences, manage budgets, and coordinate with Programming, Merchandising, Partnerships/BD, Marketing, Product, Legal, Engineering, Operations, Sales and other teams to deliver compelling content that boosts brand visibility and engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required; MBA preferred for seniority.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
• Experience leading large teams and multi-project environments in content/production.
• Deep knowledge of OTT/FAST/Connected TV landscape and content strategy.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a content strategy aligned with Samsung TV PLUS vision and business growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to source and bring first-to-market and high‑quality content.
• Identify trends, genres, and storytelling formats that resonate with viewers.
• Balance commercial viability, audience demand, and creative vision in content selection.
• Manage the content budget and resource deployment to meet business objectives.
• Lead a cross-functional team overseeing content strategy, development, production and packaging.
• Oversee live productions or broadcasts with a hands-on production background.
