You will lead paid media strategies, measurement, and attribution, collaborating with Brand, Content, PR, Product, and Creative teams to drive MAU growth and viewing hours. The role requires hands-on execution, fluency in marketing mix modeling, and experience with streaming services (SVOD/AVOD/FAST).

Qualifications

• 12+ years in performance marketing, growth marketing, or demand-generation roles.
• Direct hands-on experience running programmatic, display, and DSP campaigns at meaningful spend levels.
• Fluency in attribution methodology — marketing mix modeling, incrementality testing, lift studies.

Responsibilities

• Own the Samsung TV Plus performance marketing playbook across display, programmatic, video, and owned channels.
• Design and run always-on performance programs contributing to MAU and retention.
• Manage the marketing tech stack, DSP integrations, data pipelines, and analytics platforms.
