Fanatics Betting and Gaming is seeking a Senior Director, Content & Social to build and run the organization responsible for original content, creator partnerships, and discourse channels. You will own the full portfolio from production and talent to paid amplification, aligning content with business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in social/content leadership in fast-moving industries.
• Experience scaling a content/social organization from small to larger teams.
• Fluency in reach, engagement, share of voice and commercial metrics.
• Fluency with X, Discord and Reddit as discourse platforms.
• Experience managing creator programs at volume, with briefs and approvals.
• Comfort operating in regulated/compliance-heavy content environments.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and measurement: connect content/social performance to awareness and business metrics.
• Build benchmarking against competitors and manage budget discussions with executives.
• Lead a team of 10+ across FTEs and agency/contractor partners.
• Oversee content engine, formats, and paid amplification integration.
