Job summary

Fanatics is hiring a Director, Social Growth to own the flywheel connecting creator and organic content to paid amplification for Fanatics Sports & Gaming. You will manage the creator program, clipping/production, and the boosting layer, backed by a rigorous measurement practice to prove impact.

The role requires leadership of a Senior Manager and collaboration with cross-functional teams to align with brand voice and platform formats. NY-based roles and live onboarding opportunities exist.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years across creator/influencer marketing, paid social or performance-driven content growth.
• Direct experience running a paid + organic growth flywheel.
• Fluency in measurement and analytics (reach, CPM, share of voice).
• Experience managing UGC or clipped content production.
• Experience negotiating creator/talent contracts and exclusivity terms.
• Direct people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end flywheel: organic and creator content performance feeds boosting decisions.
• Run boosting across owned, creator and aggregate accounts; prioritize spend with organic traction.
• Set and manage the paid boosting budget; forecast spend against calendar and opportunities.
• Own clipping/UGC production end to end: briefs, sourcing, standards and timelines.
• Manage creator agency relationships; define tiers and qualification criteria.
• Own measurement for flywheel: reach, engagement, CPM, share of voice with rigor.
• Lead cross-functional coordination with Programming, Platform Strategy and Content.
