You will collaborate with creator, performance media, and brand teams to optimize spend, measure unaided awareness, and ensure amplification aligns with brand priorities for Fanatics Sports & Casino and Fanatics App.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years in paid media.
• Experience with paid amplification across social and programmatic channels.
• Strong focus on reach, awareness and brand exposure.

Responsibilities

• Own amplification strategy and execution across content and creator outputs.
• Develop and operate programmatic amplification engine with real-time thresholds.
• Manage paid boosting budget aligned to content calendar and opportunities.
• Prioritize CPM-based media buys for reach and brand exposure over CPA/CPC.
• Split amplification spend between Fanatics Sports & Casino and Fanatics App and report results.
• Track unaided awareness and share of voice; avoid conversion-focused paybacks.
