Fanatics Betting & Gaming is seeking a Senior Manager, Content Amplification to lead paid amplification for sportsbook content. This remote role focuses on reach, awareness, and share of voice, coordinating with Creator & Performance teams to scale content across owned and partner channels.

You'll own the amplification budget, set programmatic thresholds, and measure success with CPM efficiency and unaided awareness, ensuring no direct conversion bias.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in paid social or programmatic media buying.
• Experience using reach and awareness KPIs to guide spend.
• Ability to forecast budgets and manage a paid media portfolio.
• Strong understanding of CPM-focused amplification over direct performance.

Responsibilities

• Own the paid amplification layer for content amplification to maximize reach and share of voice.
• Build and operate a programmatic amplification engine triggered by real-time performance thresholds.
• Forecast and manage the amplification budget aligned with content calendar and events.
• Coordinate with Performance Media and Creator teams to keep amplification within brand guidelines.
• Track metrics: reach, unaided awareness, engagement, and share of voice; report against CPM benchmarks.
