Job summary

Fanatics Betting & Gaming seeks a Senior Manager, Content Amplification to lead the paid amplification layer that scales organic content and creator output across Fanatics Sports & Casino and Fanatics App. You will drive reach and awareness using a CPM-focused programmatic engine and manage budgets in a fast-paced, sports-betting environment.

Reporting into the Senior Director, you will coordinate with Performance Media and Creator teams, set forecasting, and ensure amplification topics align

Qualifications

• 4+ years in paid social or programmatic media buying, with a focus on reach/awareness (CPM) buying rather than performance/direct response.
• Experience building or operating a programmatic amplification engine triggered by performance thresholds.
• Fluency in reach, non-follower reach, engagement, and share of voice as primary metrics; CPM efficiency over CPA/CPC.
• Experience managing a paid media budget and forecasting spend against a content calendar.
• Judgment to flag and route CPA/CPC or revenue-share deals to Performance Media rather than the amplification budget.
• Experience in sports, betting, gaming, or a comparable fast-moving consumer category is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the paid amplification layer that supports organic content and creator output.
• Run boosting across owned, creator, and aggregate accounts with spend prioritization.
• Build and operate the programmatic amplification engine with real-time performance thresholds.
• Set and manage the paid boosting budget and forecast spend against content calendar and opportunities.
• Prioritize CPM-based media buys over CPA/CPC structures for reach and brand exposure.
• Split amplification spend and reporting across Fanatics Sports & Casino and Fanatics App to attribute awareness lift.
• Coordinate with Performance Media on shared platforms (paid social, CTV/OLV) where buying responsibility is split.
• Partner with Creator & Talent on amplification thresholds.
