Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Senior Director of Consumer Pricing and Analytics to lead pricing strategy for the company’s consumer diagnostics portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of finance, product, marketing, and consumer insights, owning pricing frameworks, models, and governance to drive revenue growth and margin expansion while keeping offerings accessible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics or Mathematics.
• 10+ years in pricing strategy, revenue management, or related finance roles.
• Experience pricing consumer-facing products and working across functional teams.
• MBA preferred and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing strategy across the consumer diagnostics portfolio and new offerings.
• Build pricing models accounting for costs, willingness-to-pay, and benchmarks.
• Own metrics like revenue growth, margins, CAC and LTV.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing and Finance to price launches and iterate pricing.
• Design pricing experiments and governance, including discounts and regional pricing.
• Analyze elasticity and cohort economics to guide price points.
