Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 15+ years of progressive marketing experience in healthcare with demonstrated expertise in customer segment marketing across diverse healthcare audiences.
• 8+ years of progressive people management experience, including direct team leadership, performance management, coaching, and oversight of skip-level reports in a complex, matrixed environment.
• Hybrid in office with up to 10–15% travel.

Responsibilities

• Own the Dx customer marketing growth agenda across segments.
• Define segment-first marketing framework grounded in clinical workflows.
• Lead AI-enhanced personas for precise targeting.
• Design integrated omnichannel campaigns across digital, content, web, events, and field.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Medical Affairs, Brand, and Sales.
