Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Senior Director of Consumer Pricing and Analytics to lead pricing strategy for our consumer health diagnostics portfolio in Burlington, NC or Durham, NC with a hybrid schedule. Youll own pricing frameworks, models and governance to drive revenue growth and subscription expansion.

This role requires strong quantitative skills, experience pricing directly to consumers, and a proven ability to partner with Product, Marketing and Finance in a digital-first environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business or quantitative field is required.
• 10+ years in pricing strategy or revenue management in consumer-focused businesses.
• MBA is preferred to strengthen strategic pricing leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own pricing strategy across consumer diagnostics portfolio.
• Build pricing models accounting for costs, willingness-to-pay and competition.
• Own pricing governance, discounting guardrails, and promotional calendars.
• Partner with Product, Marketing and Finance to price new launches.
• Design pricing experiments to optimize conversion, margin and LTV.
• Monitor reimbursement trends and regulatory considerations across jurisdictions.
