Job summary

Labcorp, a global leader in laboratory services, seeks a Senior Sales Operations Analyst in Durham, NC, with hybrid work flexibility. You will develop metrics, dashboards, and reports to accelerate revenue growth, cleanse and analyze sales data, and administer compensation plans.

The role supports senior leadership with actionable analytics and insights. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in data analytics, plus experience with Excel, Power BI/Tableau, Salesforce CRM, and SAP

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, statistics, mathematics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of demonstrable experience in data analytics with ability to analyze large datasets efficiently and effectively.
• Experience supporting senior sales leadership or enterprise sales organizations.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and sales performance management software such as SAP SuccessFactors or similar.

Responsibilities

• Work with sales leadership to develop metrics, dashboards, and reports that accelerate strategies for revenue growth, e.g., pipeline health, opportunity identification.
• Collect, organize, cleanse, validate, and analyze sales data to create, calculate, and deliver reports on sales performance and sales commissions.
• Assist with administration of sales compensation plans.
• Research commission payment or sales discrepancies and exception requests and resolve them timely and accurately.
• Administer, monitor, and analyze performance on sales campaigns and sales contests.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports that summarize sales performance for sales management and representatives.
• Communicate with and answer sales analytics and commission questions from sales leadership and representatives.
• Prepare and communicate ad-hoc sales analytics reports.
• Develop best practices, tools, reporting, and standard operating procedures to drive efficiencies and identify areas for process improvement.
