The role requires a 4-year degree or equivalent experience, strong organizational skills, and a proven track record in upscale hotel or resort settings.

Qualifications

• 4 year college degree or 5 years of Conference Services experience in a similar managerial role at an upscale hotel/resort/private club.
• Solid working knowledge of Social Tables, Delphi, Outlook, or similar programs recommended.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, and evaluate the Conference Services department.
• Manage client relations, contracts, and catering functions to maximize profitability.
