Qualifications

• 4 year college degree or 5 years of Conference Services experience in a similar managerial role.
• Solid working knowledge of Social Tables, Delphi, Outlook, or similar programs.
• Experience leading a conference services team and driving upsell opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evaluate the CS Department.
• Coordinate with Sales and CS to manage group contracts and duties.
• Maximize revenue by strategic assignment of meeting space.
• Hire, train, and supervise all conference staff.
• Develop monthly forecasts and annual budgets.
• Maintain standard operating procedures for conference services.
