Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality's Naples Grande Beach Resort seeks an experienced Conference Services Manager to drive the planning, coordination, and flawless execution of group and conference business from contract turnover to post‑event follow‑up.

You will serve as the primary liaison between meeting planners and the resort's departments, translating requirements into detailed BEOs and delivering to luxury standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in conference services, catering, or event management.
• Working knowledge of Delphi.fdc, Salesforce, or comparable systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for assigned group and conference accounts during planning and execution.
• Coordinate pre-planning calls, site visits, room sets, F&B, AV, and billing with planners.
