Trading Technologies seeks a Senior Director, Business Development for our Compliance & Trade Surveillance line. This high-visibility role leads pre-sale strategy, engages regional sales teams, and serves as a regulatory and product expert.

You will shape commercial processes, represent TT at conferences, and drive thought leadership across capital markets regulation. You will collaborate with legal, compliance, engineering, and marketing to align client commitments, pricing, and go-to-market

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Law, or related field.
• 8+ years in capital markets with trade surveillance or regulation experience.
• Proven BD, pre-sales, or sales experience in fintech with complex platforms.
• Ability to represent an organization externally at conferences and panels.

Responsabilités

• Lead pre-sale strategy and execution with regional sales teams.
• Provide regulatory and product expertise in meetings, RFPs, and demos.
• Develop client-specific demonstrations and proposals with sales teams.
• Coach sales teams on capital markets regulation and surveillance use cases.
• Own cross-functional collaboration between sales, product, and support.
