Job summary

Trading Technologies is seeking a Senior Director of Business Development for our Compliance & Trade Surveillance line in New York. You’ll lead pre-sale strategy, drive sales execution with regional teams, and function as a regulatory and product expert.

You will represent TT at industry events, shape the commercial process, and influence roadmap through customer feedback and market insights.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in capital markets with deep expertise in trade surveillance or regulation.
• Proven track record in business development, pre-sales, or sales within financial technology.
• Demonstrated ability to represent an organization externally at conferences and in thought leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sale strategy and execution for Compliance & Trade Surveillance with regional sales teams.
• Participate in deal teams providing regulatory and product expertise in meetings and RFPs.
• Develop client-specific demos and proposals with sales, and coach teams on regulatory use cases.
• Represent TT at industry conferences and develop the business line's thought leadership agenda.
• Collaborate across sales, product, implementation, and customer support to align priorities.
