Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Law, or related field.
• 8+ years in capital markets with trade surveillance or regulation exp.
• Proven track record in business development, pre-sales, or sales in fintech.
• Ability to act as SME externally, including conferences and thought leadership.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across sales, product, and client teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, translating regulatory concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sale strategy and execution with regional sales teams.
• Participate in deal teams with regulatory and product input.
• Develop client demonstrations, presentations, and proposals with sales.
• Coach sales teams on capital markets regulation and use cases.
