Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Law, or related field.
• 8+ years in capital markets with deep expertise in regulation or trade surveillance.
• Proven business development, pre-sales, or sales experience in fintech.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sale strategy and execution with regional sales teams.
• Provide regulatory and product expertise in meetings, RFPs, and demos.
• Develop client-specific demonstrations and proposals with sales.
• Coach sales teams on capital markets regulation and surveillance use cases.
• Represent TT at industry events and shape the thought leadership agenda.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, engineering, and marketing on client commitments.
