Qualifications

• Experience with SCRUM methodology or project management practices.
• Basic knowledge of IT architecture and systems.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Networking, or Business Administration.
• MBA or postgraduate degree in project management.
• Availability to travel, if needed.
• Availability to work remotely in Rio de Janeiro/RJ.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of major projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Act as the single point of contact to the client and stakeholders.
• Construct detailed project plans, manage teams, and lead meetings and planning cadences.
• Analyze and mitigate risks, manage finances, ensure the team has required skills.
• Plan and delegate activities to hit deadlines, meet SLAs, and deliver value.
• Maintain continuous structural thinking as projects evolve and communicate effectively.
