Job summary

RayzeBio, a wholly owned subsidiary of Bristol Myers Squibb, seeks an Associate Director of Commercial Ordering and Operations Solutions to lead the IT strategy for its commercial applications, including a customer ordering portal and related systems.

You will partner with commercial, data strategy, and cross-functional teams to align roadmaps, manage vendors, and ensure regulatory compliance, GxP, and validation practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, CS, life sciences, or related field.
• 8+ years in commercial operations technology or biotech IT.
• Experience owning commercial-facing applications such as order management or distribution systems.
• Experience building integrated data layers across functions.
• Strong vendor management and regulatory/compliance knowledge (GxP).

Responsibilities

• Own digital solutions portfolio for RayzeBio's commercial operations.
• Partner with radiopharmacies and suppliers to ensure data transfer quality.
• Develop testing plans and user training materials.
• Drive governance, change control, and documentation.
• Translate business needs into a technology roadmap.
