Job summary

RayzeBio, a wholly owned subsidiary of Bristol Myers Squibb, seeks an Assoc. Director, IT Commercial Systems in Indianapolis to drive digital enablement for commercial operations.

You will lead strategic IT initiatives, manage budgets, and collaborate with architectural and business partners to meet commercialization goals. Ideal candidate has 10+ years in IT within GxP/Radiopharmaceutical settings, strong leadership, and experience automating processes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT experience in a GxP or Radiopharmaceutical environment.
• Proven technical leadership and management experience.
• Experience implementing automation and digitization projects.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for continuous operation and maintenance of digital solutions for commercial systems.
• Deliver on service level management scope and process with IT groups and/or vendor managed services (SLA, DR/SC).
• Ensure Digital Roadmap is leveraged and aligned to business outcomes.
• Drive value realization and lead a team of indirect reports and service providers.
• Partner with functional leaders to align strategies for business process improvements via automation.
