Job summary

RayzeBio, a Bristol Myers Squibb subsidiary in San Diego, seeks an Associate Director, Data Management and Integration to lead enterprise data standards, master data management, and integration architecture across commercial, manufacturing, and partner systems. You will own data models, interface contracts, and vendor engagements while shaping cross-functional delivery.

You’ll partner with IT, R&D, and commercial teams to design reusable patterns, ensure regulatory compliance (21 CFR Part 11),

Qualifications

8+ years IT experience in a regulated life sciences environment with validated interfaces and change control.
Ownership of integration architecture on a custom-built or hybrid platform, including API management, messaging and event streaming, iPaaS, and MDM tooling.
Deep knowledge of asynchronous, message-based integration, delivery guarantees and idempotency keys.
Design of interface contracts, schema registry, versioning and partner testing.
Experience integrating SAP with MES/QMS/ERP and external partner exchanges (EDI, file-based).
Hands-on AWS integration: EventBridge, SQS, Lambda, Fargate; SAP integration via iPaaS.
Experience Master Data Management – customer, account, site, product.

Responsibilities

Own design, delivery, validation and operation of integration and orchestration for the commercial platform and partner connectivity.
Own the identifier/correlation model for traceability across systems and partners.
Own Master Data end-to-end including governance, survivorship and data quality.
Lead interface design sessions with internal/external partners and ensure specs and tests are met.
Set standards for complete interface specifications, including error handling, latency, and validation.
Establish reusable patterns and standards; manage budgets, vendor SLAs, and service delivery across programs.
