Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Director, US RayzeBio Field Market Access & Customer Engagement to shape national, field-based market access, payer strategy, and patient access programs. You will coach FRMs, partner with Commercial Operations, CTS and MASA, and drive site readiness ahead of radiopharmaceutical launches.

You will build a high-performing field organization, deliver payer insights at the account level, and ensure compliant patient-level access support across enrolled

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Health or Life Sciences or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Experience leading field market access teams and launching radiopharmaceuticals is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Set and drive strategic direction for market access and customer engagement.
• Lead a Field Reimbursement Manager team across accounts and sites of care.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align payer, policy and site-readiness activities.
• Coach and develop FRMs to achieve launch readiness and pull-through.
