Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Senior Director for US RayzeBio Field Market Access & Customer Engagement to shape national access and payer strategies. You will lead a field team, drive site activation, and enable patient pull-through across radiopharmaceuticals, partnering with Commercial Operations, CTS, and MASA.

The role emphasizes coaching, governance, and rapid execution to ensure timely access, coding, billing, and reimbursement align with corporate objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/PhD preferred.
• 5+ years nuclear medicine or radiopharmaceutical site-of-care experience.
• Experience building cross-functional field market access teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive strategic direction for market access & customer engagement.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive execution of priorities.
• Lead payer, coding and site-readiness activities for radiopharmaceuticals.
• Coach and develop FRM teams for launch readiness and pull-through.
• Oversee patient access support and ensure compliant processes.
