Job summary

RayzeBio, a Bristol Myers Squibb company, seeks a Clinical Trial Manager Associate for Clinical Operations to oversee vendor planning and management across RayzeBio programs in compliance with SOPs, GCP/ICH, FDA and state regulations.

The role focuses on supporting study vendors, CRO management, country start-up, site feasibility, TMF quality, and budget oversight, with up to 10% travel and AI-assisted productivity.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years clinical operations experience in biotech, pharma or CRO
• BA/BS degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
• Experience with MS Project and Smartsheets is preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage study vendors (Central Lab, RTSM/IRT, Imaging, Dosimetry) to ensure on-time, in-budget delivery
• Lead vendor meetings and develop risk mitigation strategies and KPIs
• Assist Study Lead with CRO management and protocol/documents review
• Contribute to CRO and Study Execution Team meetings and start-up activities
• Support site management (feasibility, initiation, issue resolution)
• Track TMF completeness and quality
• Monitor vendor progress and escalate issues to stakeholders
• Assist/manage vendor budgets and invoicing per contract
• Summarize vendor performance data and escalate risks
• Perform other related duties; travel up to 10%
• Utilize AI tools to enhance productivity and quality
