Responsibilities

• Manage study vendors (Central Lab, RTSM/IRT, Imaging, Dosimetry) to ensure deliverables are on time and within budget.
• Lead vendor meetings and develop risk mitigation strategies and review key performance indices.
• Assist the Study Lead with CRO management and review of protocol, consent forms and study documents.
• Participate in CRO and Study Execution Team meetings, contributing to operational strategy.
• Support site management activities including feasibility, initiation, and issue resolution.
• Track TMF completeness and quality of study documentation.
• Monitor vendor progress and escalate issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Assist with vendor budgets and invoicing per contract terms.
• Summarize vendor performance data and escalate risks to the Study Lead.
• Up to 10% travel; leverage AI tools to enhance productivity.
