Job summary

Monti, Inc. is seeking a Director of Commercial Operations to lead and optimize sales processes, pricing support, and customer experience across the business. You will partner with the VP of Sales & Marketing to standardize operating rhythms and drive operational discipline.

You will oversee cross-functional teams across Sales, Customer Service, Operations, Finance, and Engineering to deliver scalable growth, improved margins, and strengthened relationships with OEMs and B2B customers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Experience transforming business processes within a growing organization.
• Strong understanding of B2B customer relationships, quoting, and order management.
• Experience leveraging ERP, CRM, reporting tools, and data analytics to improve workflows.
• Willingness to travel ~10%.

Responsibilities

• Standardize sales processes, workflows, roles, and operating rhythms.
• Identify process gaps, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies and implement practical solutions.
• Enhance end-to-end customer experience through better communication, responsiveness, and reliability.
• Support pricing agreements, service expectations, contracts, rebates, and long-term supply arrangements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and Engineering to improve commercial workflows.
• Improve quoting, pricing support, estimating coordination, and order management to increase speed and margin visibility.
• Lead, coach, and develop team with strong performance expectations and accountability.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools to improve visibility and decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for scalable growth and stronger commercial execution.
