Qualifications

• Ten years of related experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar leadership role.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth through operational excellence.
• Experience managing CRM systems, data management, and revenue analytics.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Guides the execution of the company's sales processes, systems, and data analytics to enable data-driven selling.
• Oversees the sales coordination team to ensure exceptional customer experiences and target achievement.
• Establishes KPIs and metrics to measure revenue operations effectiveness.
• Develops reporting, forecasting, and analytics to drive revenue growth.
• Identifies operational improvements to streamline workflows and productivity.
• Collaborates with other leaders to align revenue operations with business objectives.
• Manages pricing activity including adjustments and surcharges.
• Supports compliance reporting to customers.
• Provides regular updates to executive leadership on performance and forecasts.
• Performs managerial duties including hiring, coaching, and budgeting.
